On the way to work I read some of This Book Will Make You Kinder An Empathy Handbook by Henry James Garrett.  There are little cartoons with animals that give empathetic statements.

I checked the new books display.

I also worked on grants for a little bit.

I put in two new orders for new books.

I spent some time preparing for the Graff Denim Jackets program on Thursday.

I read some more of The Catalogue of Shipwrecked Books.  The title comes from an experience where the author had put together a catalogue of books.  However, many of the books were lost in a shipwreck. I worked on two orders of new books. I spent a little more time preparing for the census. A colleague and I discussed programming. I checked some damaged books. I also suggested some items to be moved to the mezzanine.
