I read some more of What Tech Calls Thinking.  I am reading about content.  There are references to Marshall McLuhan.  The references include the idea of platform over content, where the platform takes precedence over what goes inside it.

I checked the displays and the gift books.

I worked on two orders of new books.

I spent some time weeding in the 800s.

We had a zoom program for staff this morning on cyber bullying.

I read some more of The Catalogue of Shipwrecked Books.  The title comes from an experience where the author had put together a catalogue of books.  However, many of the books were lost in a shipwreck. I worked on two orders of new books. I spent a little more time preparing for the census. A colleague and I discussed programming. I checked some damaged books. I also suggested some items to be moved to the mezzanine.
