I checked the library Twitter and Facebook Group this morning.

I read some more of Leadership, Strategy and Tactics.  I am reading about why it is necessary to familiarize yourself with what the front line workers do, even going so far as to practice some of their skills.

I also read some more of Think Like A Monk.  I am reading about paying attention to ones own mind.  There is the classic analogy of the mind being the charioteer who controls the five senses and directs them.  If you do not direct them, they take control of what you are doing.
