 I checked the library Twitter and Facebook group this morning.

I read some more of Leadership is Language.  I am reading about the idea that one should free oneself from the clock and focus on taking breaks when things go wrong to correct them.

I spent some time checking on the census material.

I also worked a little bit on the census grant.  Hopefully, it will be done by the end of the day.

I put in two orders for new books. I did some weeding in the mezzanine in the 800s. I wrote a little bit about programs which we plan to do in the coming months. We have been doing the summer reading program. More people have started to come back in.  It is very quiet right now. I read some more of The Catalogue of Shipwrecked Books.  The title comes from an experience where the author had put together a catalogue of books.  However, many of the books were lost in a shipwreck. I worked on two orders of new books. I spent a little more time preparing for the census. A colleague and I discussed programming. I checked some damaged books. I also suggested some items to be moved to the mezzanine.
